COLLECTING EXAM CERTIFICATES

Collection dates

Certificates for Summer 2024 and previous exams will be available for collection from our school on the following dates:

  • Friday 20 December 2024 - 9.30-11.30am
  • Wednesday 22 January 2025 - 9.30-11.30am

There are two ways to collect certificates:

1. The student collects them themselves, photo ID will be required.

2. A nominated person can collect on the student’s behalf if the student emails permission to examinations@aesessex.co.uk The collector must bring their ID to match the email sent by the student. The person collecting must be over 18.

Certificates cannot be posted.

If you cannot make the above collection dates, please email the Exams Department examinations@aesessex.co.uk to make a collection appointment during school hours.

Please email from your school EduLink account if possible, as this is still active for a period of time after you leave. Certificates are kept in a secure location and the Exams Officer is not always available, so please do not turn up unannounced.
