Sixth Form announces new Head Boy and Head Girl

‘We are pleased to announce the results of the recent election for Head Boy and Head Girl, Conor Norrington will be the new Head Boy and Nancy Jennings Head Girl.

They will be assisted by Jaymey McIvor as Deputy Head Boy and Izzy Dogliani as Deputy Head Girl.’

IBCP students organise an Enterprise Day for year 9 students

Year 9 Enterprise Day: Sixth Form IBCP students organised an Enterprise Day for year 9 students, experts from Barclays, Co-op and Dan Hull Prepared Foods attended and were on hand to give advice as the students designed and then presented their own business ideas.

Amnesty Youth Group raises money for Amnesty International

The Amnesty Youth Group held an Amnestea party in school to raise money for Amnesty International. Freshly baked cakes and cookies were available to purchase during lunchtime and the group raised a fantastic £230!

Year 8 Citizenship take part in fundraising event

Year 8 took part in a “Giving Nation” fundraising event as part of their Citizenship work on charity. The students ran stalls and games at lunchtime in order to raise money for the charities, Amnesty International, Barnados and Rainforest Concern.

Girls Swimming Team Success!

Anglo European School senior girls swimming team (year11-U6) have retained the shield at the Brentwood district gala for the 5th year running!, the sixth form girls team also came 1st at the MESSA gala this year. To have won the gala 5 years running in this category is a great achievement, beating teams from the Brentwood and Chelmsford area.

At the Brentwood gala the Year 8 and Year 10 girls teams also won so a great time for girls swimming teams at Anglo!
