Students qualify for the Regional Final of the Debating Matters competition

Congratulations to sixth form students Ally Iciek, Fraser McCall, Robin O’Connor, Kevin Pearce and Ryan McGee who qualified for the Regional Final of the Debating Matters competition after winning the Essex round. The team competed very well in two separate debates and in their speeches the students certainly showed their ability to think on their feet when answering some very tough questions from the judges. Although unfortunately they didn’t win on this occasion, they served the school very well!
