Amnesty Sleep In raises awareness for Amnesty International

Amnesty Sleep In  is a good way to raise awareness for both Amnesty International and the Syrian refugee crisis which is currently affecting over 2.3 million refugees, over half of which are children. The timing of this event was highly appropriate as discussions took place in the House of Commons on Wednesday 29th January regarding Britain’s assistance in the crisis.

Located in the school sports hall, the Sleep In lasted 15 hours, in which we entertained ourselves with topical films and games.
