Sixth Form football teams play against each other for the Tom Smith Cup

Tom Smith was a former student who sadly passed away two years ago from a blood cancer. As part of charities week, the Upper Sixth and the Lower Sixth football teams played against each other for the Tom Smith Cup, donated by Tom’s family. After an exciting game of football the final score was 4-4 which meant penalties were needed to decide who would take home the Tom Smith Cup. Congratulations to the Lower Sixth team who won against the Upper Sixth on penalites with a 5-4 win. It seems they have gained their revenge as the Upper Sixth won the Cup last year. A fantastic match, which raised a substantial sum for Sarcoma UK.
