New Language Course

Well done to all students who have achieved their first AQA Unit Award Scheme Certificates in French, German, and Spanish. This is the very first cohort to take part in our new language course, introduced this year to replace the previous FCSE programme, and they have set an impressive standard. German are leading the way with 6 units already achieved. Their hard work, enthusiasm, and commitment to learning a new language have truly paid off. We’re excited to see what they accomplish next as they continue their linguistic journey. We are also exploring how we may build the Unit Award Scheme into our wider curriculum, as it offers a flexible, motivating way to recognise progress and celebrate success at every stage of learning.
